I have a growing private coaching practice in outside of Denver, Colorado and work with clients worldwide over the phone and Skype.

My writing has been featured in the Huffington Post, ScaryMommy, Thrive Global, Thought Catalog, and Medium. Why I do this work?

I’ve lived through a fair share of challenging relationships and intimacy experiences that have brought me to where I am today.

My own personal experience of losing my libido and ending up in a sexless marriage led me to create tools to reconnect to who I am sexually as a woman and to design sexual relationships that naturally lead to a sustainable, nourishing and exciting sex life — an erotic sex life — for men and women.

As a sex and intimacy coach, I am committed to walking alongside you on your own personal journey and helping you access more of your rightful pleasure, joy and love in your sex life.

Training & Background

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the prestigious Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.

To effectively help my clients remove blocks, rewire their system to feeling sexual desire and create new intimacy patterns that form the foundation to a thriving sex life, I blend together a variety of coaching modalities and extensive study of women's sexuality, sexual practices such as Tantra, mindfulness, positive psychology, neuroscience, shadow work, body awareness, movement therapy, guided visualizations, and intuitive work. My couples work is deeply rooted in the evidence-based Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach as well as Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients break patterns of disconnection to deepen intimacy.

Focusing on a body-oriented healing of relational trauma and loss of libido, I incorporate the Somatic Experiencing® method to sexuality and relational coaching.

In addition to my coaching practice, I am Contributing Faculty at the newly-founded DiaNova Institute for Intimacy Studies.

Before becoming a sex and intimacy coach, I was a corporate marketing maven, with experience in some of the world's largest companies in Silicon Valley and on Wall Street. As a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and Stanford University with a BA and MA in Philosophy, I can proudly say that I've been a life-long student of what it means to lead a good life.
